SPMC held the meeting of first half year’s economic work of 2014

        On July 28th, the meeting of first half year’s economic work of 2014 was held by SPMC successfully. Four departments, including Marketing, Academy of Technology, Finance and Production, made special report respectively. Each department reviewed the developing circumstance for the first half year, analyzed the current situation and obstacles, and arranged various key points and priorities.

Team members listened attentively to the report, and made targeted comments that with the increasing competition in 2014, it was remarkable for SPMC to keep good development situation and to proceed in an orderly manner.

Lu Jun, Deputy General Manager of SPM and Chairman & General Manager of SPMC, summarized that SPMC made great contributions to the economic and social profits with wider production scale and higher brand influence. For the second half year, each task should be arranged around the settled purpose and be proceeded accordingly; informationization construction, especially for sales and technology, should be accelerated based on the promotion of project and internal management. SPMC should analyze and discuss its own plan with the requirement of SPM’s “Thirteenth Five Year’s Plan”.

Qian Lin, Party Committee Member of the Holding Company, Party Secretary of SPM, Director of IPM talked about the close relationship between stable development of SPMC and the devoted staff. SPMC should have a clear understanding of its own strength, deal with problems during development positively, then make continuous improvement on marking, technology and management: (1) consolidate current market, target and penetrate new market, search for the opportunity of entering joint venture market to realize international branding; (2) enhance innovation drive, expand new ideas and focus on team-building; (3) improve management level. Unify values, reinforce ideology construction, understand the significance of physical and psychological health, and keep continuous development; (4) Upgrade company culture, uphold SPMC’s good quality of “being responsible”, fuse the campaign of 4 undesirable work styles boycott, and persist in the course of internationalization with Chinese characteristics.

More than 40 team members and senior managers from SPMC participated in this meeting.
